Warranty

• All the goods offered at our website are covered by 24 months guarantee.
• In case of lack of warranty card we accept a receipt or an invoice as a proof of purchase.
• All the claims need to be delivered in person or via mail or courier to our service at Żelazna 6 Street in Ruda Slaska in secure packaging at clients own expense.
• In the event of manufacturer warranty, faulty equipments should be delivered to the service approved by manufacturer.
• The equipments supplied to the service should have fully faults description in order to be repaired properly.
• All personal details are hold during the repair process only.
• The customer has the right to return the item within 14 days of purchase with no reason.
• The goods should be sent in original packaging with a proof of purchase along with personal details including bank account number in order to be refunded.
• The returns will be accepted only in original condition without any damages, wears and tears and in fully working order. The refunds will be made within 7 business days afterwards. Only the items value can be refunded.

Final arrangements

In case of any issues which are not applicable, Civil Codes regulations to be obligated and the Act dated as 02.03.2000 regarding consumers - rights protection and responsibility for the damage by dangerous product made (Dz.U. dated as 31 Mar 2000).
